Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, pottary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. pottary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
